The original stunt bike used in the 1985 cult comedy Pee-wee’s Big Adventure has found a permanent home at the Alamo, according to an online announcement from the historical site.

But, no, the bike won’t be stored in the basement.

Rather, Pee-wee Herman’s sweet ride from the camp classic starring Paul Reubens will be permanently displayed in the Alamo Visitor Center and Museum, which is scheduled to open in fall 2027.

For all the loners and rebels who can’t wait that long, the bike will make its debut at a limited showing later this year at the Ralston Family Collection Center, according Alamo officials.
