For those who have a spare $19.9 million lying around, NBA legend Tony Parker’s estate is back on the market, this time with a $100,000 drop from its previous asking price of a cool $20 million.

This property has the Spurs player’s legacy all over it, down to its address on “Rue Parker,” a nod to his French heritage.

But it’s not just proximity to a Spurs superstar that this Boerne estate offers. Much like the point guard’s notoriously swift offensive maneuvers, it is a little overwhelming.

Nestled behind a gate with 24/7 security in an exclusive community, this massive fortress that’s been off and on the market since 2022 presents itself as more of a resort than a mere home.

For starters, the sprawling 53-acre property comes with its own waterpark, and it’s one of the largest such privately owned ones in the state, complete with speedy slides, lazy rivers, tall waterfalls, grottoes, a whopping eight pools and a diving platform. Indeed, its features were designed by Keith Zars, the same man behind the water attractions at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

The property also features an herb garden, a fruit orchard, a tennis court, volleyball courts, a greenhouse and a tortoise habitat.

The massive 13,297-square-foot main residence at the heart of the estate, features six bedrooms, five and half bathrooms, dual offices, a private meditation suite, a movie theatre, a game room with bar, a library and even a barber studio. The primary suite features its own private terrace, a spa-like bath and cavernous, custom walk-in closets.

Though the main residence has plenty of room to spare, visiting guests can also stay in the four-bedroom, three-bathroom guest house.

A separate 5,922-square-foot sports-and-recreation complex harbors a full-size basketball court lined with life-size comic book characters on the sidelines, including Captain America, Iron Man, Spider Man, Batman and more. Parker’s jerseys — accumulated playing for the Spurs, Charlotte Hornets and European teams — are displayed high on the wall behind the basket.

Overlooking the basketball court, the complex also boasts a full arcade that includes Mario Kart, Jurassic Park, X-Men, Mortal Kombat, Dance Dance Revolution and a variety of racing games.

The sports complex also comes with a professional gym for getting toned between basketball games. Like the arcade, it features a full view of the basketball court through all-glass walls, and its doors open onto the court. A Spurs logo is inlayed on its floor and, appropriately, figures of the Hulk stand guard outside its glass walls for additional inspo.

Fitting for a star of a certain status, this estate is so thoroughly loaded with amenities that one would practically never need to leave.

Unless to attend a Spurs game, that is.
