I’m of the mind that every day has the potential to be National Beer Day. But if we’re going to designate one specific date as such — and if bars and restaurants are going to use that date for specials on delicious suds — then I can get on board with that.
That’s what’s happened, and the date — Thursday, April 7 — is fast approaching. To celebrate, Southerleigh at the Pearl has specials on beer flights. From 11 a.m. to midnight, four-beer flights will cost $5, down from their normal $12 to $16 price, and eight-beer flights — normally priced between $20 and $30 — will cost $8.
