A baby sloth was born in New Braunfels earlier this month! And if you come up with the perfect suggestion, you could help name it!
A Linnaeus’s two-toed sloth (so specific) was born at Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo on November 17. The little cutie was a bit of a surprise since the sloths’ thick fur somewhat hides pregnant bellies and the lifestyle of the animal (ie, sloths are chill/lazy as can be).
The zoo is expected to officially announce a naming contest on its Facebook page on Friday.
