Boozy moments from San Antonio restaurant Dashi Sichuan Kitchen's first-ever Daq-Off competition

North Side eatery Dashi Sichuan Kitchen + Bar hosted a Daq-Off showdown Monday in which Alamo City bars and restaurants competed to craft the ultimate daiquiri.

Bartenders from San Antonio's Three Star Bar, Hanzo, Dashi, The Ringer Pub and Full Belly went head to head for a coveted grand prize: tickets to Tales of the Cocktail, the country's biggest cocktail conference.

In the end, Dashi took home the top prize and People's Choice trophies, Hanzo snagged the Judge's Choice win and a team dubbed Daq & Chill dominated the speed competition.
