Time keeps hopping forward toward Easter Sunday, but it’s not too late to make plans for celebrating with family and friends. These San Antonio restaurants, bakeries and food businesses are offering special meals, events or menu items sure to make great memories.

Dean’s Steak & Seafood

The Kimpton Santo Hotel’s upscale eatery will offer a classic brunch from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Menu highlights include prime steak and eggs, a king crab Benedict, a spinach-and-mushroom egg-white omelette and Maine lobster avocado toast. Speaking of toast, Dean’s will offer a special Easter cocktail — dubbed the Springtime Spritz, which staff will craft tableside with Ketel One Botanicals, St. Germain, Washington peach and house bubbles. 431 S. Mare e Monte

This cozy Italian eatery in the Medical Center will be open on Easter with its full menu. Zocca Cuisine D’Italia

Think Easter brunch — with boats. The in-house eatery in the Westin Riverwalk San Antonio is offering river brunch cruises on Easter. The moveable feast features shareable snack boards along with a choice of smashed avocado toast or smoked salmon and asparagus quiche for entrees. Four Brothers at Omni La Mansión del Rio

For adults seeking a bit of Easter nostalgia, Four Brothers has a cake for dessert aptly dubbed the Easter Basket. La Panaderia

Pre-orders are now open for Bakery Lorraine’s specialty Easter desserts. The homegrown chain offers a sophisticated take on a classic egg hunt with the French patisserie’s adorable nest tart or a springtime egg moon pie. For a more traditional treat, Bakery Lorraine also sells a bunny carrot cake with white chocolate rabbit ears. Pre-orders close at the end of the day Wednesday, April 16. Cavalier

The acclaimed restaurant’s holiday spread includes ceviche, roasted picanha and pozole plus sweets from lauded pastry chef Sofia Tejeda. Diners also can access fun activities on the second floor, including bouncy castles, egg painting and arcade games. The classic French bistro on Broadway will showcase an assortment of sophisticated dishes for Easter brunch.
