Hit-making rapper Post Malone’s Big Ass Stadium Tour will shimmy into the Alamodome on May 7, the venue revealed in a social media post.
Tickets for the show — which also will feature rapper Jelly Roll and singer-songwriter Sierra Ferrel — go on sale at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 26. They will be available online via Live Nation.
However, several presale events will take place starting this week, and the full list is available on the Ticketmaster website.
CITI cardmembers can access presale tickets beginning at noon this Wednesday, and an artist’s presale is slated for 9 a.m. this Friday. Live Nation and Spotify presale events will start at noon on Monday, Nov. 25.
Post Malone’s tour will kick off next April and hit 25 cities across the U.S. and Canada. His only other Texas show will at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on May 9.
Post Malone is best known for mega-hits including “Rockstar,” “White Iverson” and “I Fall Apart.” The nine-time, diamond-certified Grammy Award-nominated singer has dabbled in the budding country-rap genre as of late, teaming with Tim McGraw, Hank Williams Jr. and Blake Shelton, on his F-1 Trillion album.
Post Malone’s previous San Antonio show was five years ago at Frost Bank Center, then called the AT&T Center.
Ticket prices unavailable, 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, Alamodome, 100 Montana St., alamodome.com.
