Rain put a damper on the kick-off of Fiesta this year with several cancelations.
That continues true on Monday, with both Air Force Day at the Alamo and Pilgrimage to the Alamo being canceled.
The rain continues to fall and flash flooding has become a problem at the start of the work week.
