At a time when most cities snooze after New Year’s Eve, San Antonio food-focused nonprofit Culinaria is pulling some of our best restaurants together to offer two full weeks of special prix-fixe dining to residents and visitors alike.

Taking place Jan. 17-31, San Antonio Restaurant Weeks will illuminate the city’s culinary landscape by offering specially priced multi-course menus to encourage patrons to explore new places and revisit favorites alike. Participating restaurants will offer three-course lunch menus for $20-$30 along with three-course dinner menus priced at $35–$55.

“’Restaurant Weeks’ has long been a cornerstone of how we introduce diners to the depth and diversity of San Antonio’s culinary talent,” Culinaria President and CEO Suzanne Taranto-Etheredge said in a statement. “Winter 2026 promises to be one of our most exciting years yet, and we’re thrilled to welcome back restaurants and chefs who help make this event a true citywide celebration.”

Restaurants already committed to participating in this winter’s event including Ladino with its bold Mediterranean flavors, refined French favorite Frederick’s Bistro and downtown steakhouse The Palm. Proceeds will support Culinaria’s year-round mission of uplifting San Antonio’s food and beverage community.

More details on participating restaurants and their menus are available at the Culinaria website.
