Sweet Seniors: Doxy Doxy, a 15-year-old rescue pup, is living her best life! She loves sunny days in the backyard and her favorite treats despite her few teeth.  Although she’s slower now, she enjoys walks, greeting people, and long naps. Super Survivor: Olivia

Meet Olivia! 

We adopted Olivia a little over a year ago from the Texas Chihuahua Rescue.  Olivia was rescued from a hoarding situation and unfortunately she had cancerous tumors that needed to be removed. We are saddened to say that within two months small tumors started growing back. Since being home with us, she has been living her best life traveling to Dallas, Waco, and Port Aransas. Olivia is thriving and definitely a little survivor! 

Cat’s Meow: Mrs. Biscuits Mrs. Biscuits got her name when she was a kitten because she was always such a hard working biscuit maker. Since then she grown into a mischievous and spunky young cat who loves to bird watch, play, sleep, and most importantly eat. Instagram: @biancathebooknerd

Fiesta Furball: Peanut Diamond

Peanut Diamond was found on the side of the road with a broken pelvis and a broken leg and taken to a local shelter. Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas got her out of the shelter the day she was scheduled to be euthanized. She is a Cutie with a Mission to pay it forward by raising money through competing in costume contests, selling her own fundraising calendar and being a champion fundraiser during The Big Give.

With a love for toys, cuddles, and making people laugh, he’s the life of the party until it’s time for his next nap. Best Dressed: Chiquita This is Chiquita she is a corgi with a passion for fashion, who’s always dressed up for any type of occasion. She loves hanging out with her best friends Penny the Dalmatian, Penny the corgi, and Bo the golden retriever. By going around and supporting small businesses and meeting new people.
