Manu Ginobili has a lot of memorable moments from his 16 seasons with the San Antonio Spurs. One particular moment has been getting a lot of attention since Ginobili announced his retirement: the time he caught a bat during a game.

Walk down memory lane with us. During a game at the AT&T Center on Halloween 2009, players were in a frenzy as a bat flew around the court. Some swerved out of the way, but not Ginobili. He swatted the bat and carried it to one of the ushers.
Ginobili ended up needing 16 rounds of rabies shots for his heroic moment.

Now that Ginobili is retired, Terminix is hoping the longtime Spur will put his pest removal skills to good use. On Tuesday, the company's San Antonio branch officially offered Ginobili a job as a part-time field technician specializing in bat removal.
“We’d certainly train you in on alternative methods of bat removal and provide protective gear to ensure safety is prioritized, but the calmness and timing you displayed in that moment aligns well with the skills we need to serve our customers all over San Antonio,” manager Russ Garceau wrote.

Ginobili offered to help the Spurs off-the-court, but who knows? He might just take Terminix up on their offer.
