The New Braunfels Renaissance Faire returned this weekend for its second year. While the gathering, which takes place at Heritage Village, was initially a one-weekend affair, this time around it will run Dec. 6-8 and 13-15.
Despite wet weather on Saturday, we saw plenty of costumed folks perusing the fair’s Marketplatz for handmade crafts, engaging in archery, learning about falconry and, of course, drinking down beer, wine and mead.
