
On a day that saw the NBA’s first players file antitrust lawsuits against the league, the NBA officially cancelled all games scheduled through December 15.
To date, more than a quarter of the 2011 – 2012 season has been cancelled.
The news isn’t shocking as Commissioner David Stern frequently made it clear that at least 30 days were needed after owners and players agreed on a new collective bargaining agreement before the season would begin.
