The artist who created the captivating video projection on the San Fernando Cathedral is traveling from France to visit the Alamo City this weekend.

Xavier de Richemont is scheduled to visit five bookstores where he’ll be signing a new book (San Antonio | The Saga) that chronicles the artwork, including Richemont’s storyboard, with notes and comments, and photos of the images displayed on the cathedral.

While the schedule is subject to change, here’s where Richemont is expected for book signings (call 210-225-9800 for more information):

  • The Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk Friday, December 11 from 6-8pm 
  • Cheever Book Store on Broadway Saturday, December 12 from 2-4pm 
  • The Twig at The Pearl Saturday, December 12 from 6-8pm 
  • Main Plaza Saturday, December 12 and Sunday, December 13 from 8-11pm; Before, during and after San Antonio | The Saga projection
