Assistant Coach Ettore Messina
The Spurs have picked up assistant coach Ettore Messina, a four-time Euroleague champion and two-time Euroleague coach of the year. In the 2011-2012 season, Messina joined the Lakers coaching staff as a consultant to then-coach Mike Brown. For the past two years, the Italian native coached CSKA Moscow in the Euroleague. With over 25 years of coaching experience, Messina looks to be a solid addition to the impeccably-coached Spurs bench.
