
The San Antonio Current is celebrating the winners, finalists and nominees highlighted in its 2026 Best of San Antonio readers poll with a Wednesday, Aug. 12, party at Stable Hall featuring local bites, drinks, music and more.
The annual bash will run 7-10 p.m. at the historic venue. Tickets are $55.
San Antonio native singer-songwriter Nicky Diamonds will bring his distinctive blend of blues and roots music to the stage. DJ Catwalk and other DJs will keep the party going as revelers sample the best food and drink in San Antonio.
Each ticket includes event admission, entertainment, food and Voodoo Ranger beer along with cocktail and mocktail samples. Full-size beverages also will be available for purchase.
Guests will enjoy food from some of the Alamo City’s favorite restaurants, including Ardere, Backyard on Broadway, Down on Grayson, Elsewhere Texas, Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken, Halcyon Southtown, Lick Honest Ice Creams, Magnolia Pancake Haus, Mexico Ceaty, Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine, Salsa De Leon, Sari-Sari Filipino Restaurant Market & Bakery, The Cellars on 281 (formerly Stray Grape), The Jerk Shack & Freight Fried Chicken, The Meadows Original Frozen Custard, The Moon’s Daughters, Tim’s Oriental & Seafood Market and Whiskey Cake.
“The Best of San Antonio Party is our opportunity to bring the issue to life and celebrate the businesses, artists, restaurants and personalities that make this city unlike anywhere else,” San Antonio Current co-owner Cassandra Wagner said in a statement. “The honorees are chosen by our readers, so this is truly a celebration created by — and for — the San Antonio community.”
Businesses and individuals who placed among the top three in any 2026 Best of San Antonio category will be able to pick up an official commemorative lanyard and Best of San Antonio window cling at the event.
