Dr. Arthur A. Medina Jr. is a local, having graduated from Central Catholic High School. He
opened Medina Eye Care 45 years ago and built one of the largest refractive surgery practices in
the country. Medina Eye Care was once the official eye care provider of the San Antonio Spurs,
