Prime rib and bone marrow with roasted garlic butter are among the special courses Ocho’s Chef Kirk has planned for New Year’s Eve. The JW Marriott’s steakhouse, 18 Oaks, has an elegant New Year’s Eve dinner in the works. Special selections include a caviar trio, a steakhouse carving board featuring Niman Ranch prime dry-aged tomahawk and other elevated beef cuts. There will also be a dessert stations and more. Cellar Select Dinner at the Hotel Emma
Executive chef Geronimo Lopez has planned an exclusive seven-course in Hotel Emma’s historic Elephant Cellar. Rare wine and whiskey pairings take center stage in a menu inspired by La Belle Époque, a “Golden Age” for European enlightenment and cultural innovation. Beverage pairings include a 2019 Hundred Acre “Fortunate Son” Cabernet blend and Weller Millennium bourbon, among others. Popular Mexican dining spot Rosario’s will celebrate the second annual New Year’s Eve party at its rooftop bar. Each $150 ticket includes access to the rooftop party, midnight bites, a cash bar, party favors, a midnight champagne toast, DJs and a 360-degree photo booth to capture the memories. 722 S. Copa Wine Bar

Indulge Wine Bar
Staying true to its name, Indulge Wine Bar has a sophisticated four-course meal planned for New Year’s Eve, complete with optional wine pairings. Menu highlights include salmon crudo on beet rounds with herbed labneh, duck pastilla and a blackberry tiramisu. Toro Kitchen + Bar
All three Toro Kitchen + Bar locations have a four-course Spanish-style meal planned for guests on New Year’s Eve. Tenfold Rooftop at the Kimpton Santo Hotel
The Tenfold Rooftop Bar at the Kimpton Santo Hotel will hold its first-ever Black and White party for New Year’s Eve. The downtown drinkery will offer a pre-party from 3 p.m.-7:30 p.m. and a midnight party from 8 p.m.-1 a.m. with separate tickets available for each. The Moon’s Daughters
Intergalactic glamour is the theme of the night for the Moon’s Daughters’ Astro Chic party. Chef Jason Dady’s signature Italian restaurant has will offer a five-course pre-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Each $100 reservation includes access to a bountiful menu of options, including dishes such as cognac-infused lobster bisque, an antipasti sampler, pan-roasted gnocchi with cold-water Maine lobster and more. Nicosi x Canje
A Caribbean countdown is in the works from Esquire Pastry Chef of the Year Tavel Bristol-Joseph at Nicosi, the Pullman Market’s Michelin-recommended dessert bar. The exclusive, eight-course tasting menu will highlight the luscious flavors of both Nicosi and Austin-based new-age Caribbean restaurant Canje. Chef Bristol-Joseph’s expertly crafted menu will only be available on New Year’s Eve. Each reservation includes a complimentary wine and cocktail pairing, and a non-alcoholic beverage pairing is also available as an option. One of San Antonio’s best new steakhouses is rolling out a seven-course tasting menu for New Year’s Eve, complete with a champagne tower for guests. Isidore’s New Year’s Eve dinner also will feature a wine pairing option for an additional $75, and tableside bar carts serving up Miracle of the Well martinis and classic Old Fashioned cocktails. Zocca Cuisine D’Italia
Chef Ron Mays has curated a special three-course meal with optional wine pairings for guests available in two seatings, from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. and 10 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Each $125.25 ticket includes the dinner, a reserved seat in a semi-private dining room, party favors and a complimentary Zocca-branded champagne glass.
