The annual Girl Scout Cookie Flavor Fest is back to let San Antonio chefs show off their unique, cookie-inspired dessert creations while raising money for the youth organization.

From this Friday through Sunday, March 2, 15 restaurants and bars will showcase special sweets incorporating Girl Scout cookies. All proceeds from the limited-time menu options will fund SA-area Girl Scout experiences, including service projects, summer camp travel and educational opportunities, according organizers of the event, now in its sixth year.

From a Samoas waffle at Magnolia Pancake Haus to an Adventurefuls-inspired brownie-cookie ice cream sandwich at Clementine, San Antonio dining spots are letting favorite Girl Scout cookie flavors satiate diners’ desire for something sugary.

For those opting for a drink instead — Re:Rooted 210 Urban Winery has a four-wine flight experience paired with Lemon-Ups, Do-si-dos, Samoas and Thin Mints. Meanwhile, 28 Songs Brewhouse + Kitchen is serving up a beer-and-cookie flight, and diners at Rosario’s can tip back a S’mores martini.

Other participating restaurants include Anaqua Garden Bar, La Hacienda de Los Barrios, Viola’s Ventanas, Gather Brewing Co., Imperfect Pies Pizza and more. A full list of participating spots is available online.
