Fans of the Marvel’s latest flick will be happy to know that Bar 1919 is just a big a fan of the flick that turned Chris Pratt into a leading man.
The Blue Star Art Complex-based bar will host a viewing party of Guardians of the Galaxy on Sunday, January 25 at 8 p.m. with a list of Guardian-themed cocktails including the Gamorra, with cilantro-infused gin, and beef steak tomato and fennel gin, ginger, fresh lemon and orange bitters; and The Groot Beer, a take on a Long Island Iced Tea with white whiskey, higher-end rum, dry curacao, gin, house ginger and lemon and topped with root beer, according to the bar’s Facebook post.
The event is first-come, first-served and will feature a quiz at the end of the night. Winner gets their tab covered (up to $100).
