Pitmaster Esaul Ramos and co. will share a kitchen with Botika (the Peruvian fusion restaurants will prepare appetizers, desserts and beer pairings) and they’re bringing the hits: brisket, pulled pork, turkey, pickled nopales and two new items specifically for the pop-up.
