Bars across Texas reopened at 25% occupancy Friday after Gov. Greg Abbott’s latest order restarting the state’s economy. Clearly, lots of Alamo City revelers were ready to get their drink on the moment their favorite watering holes threw open their doors. Even so, some preferred to kick back on the patio instead of mingling inside.
