Cake Thieves Cake Thieves co-owners Lauren O’Connor and Kia Geronimo have perfected the art of vegan desserts — creating donuts, cakes, pop-tarts and pies that are anything but boring or bland. In 1979, she opened Los Barrios in order to provide for her children.
