Southtown has its own little food court in the making.
HubMRKT, an e-bike rental and craft beer spot inside the former Citgo opened by Marty Schlesinger and Alicia Spence-Schlesinger, has outfitted its parking lot with two food trailers. Sweet Pea Coffee by Estate has held residence since the beginning of the year, and has recently been joined by Tapatio Vegan Tacos and the Sabores Food Truck.
Breakfast by Sweet Pea and Tapatio Vegan is offered from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and with dinner service on Wednesday from 6 to 10 p.m. by SAbores Food, and by all three trucks on Friday.
