In what’s been the sneakiest opening ever, Johnny Hernandez’s La Gloria-Dominion (21819 I-10, 210-265-3315) opened its doors this weekend. Local food lovers took to the new restaurant well considering the amount of photos shared to Facebook and Instagram these last few days.
The 6,000-square-foot eatery sits on a 2-acre tract of land off I-10 and The Dominion and will maintain the same hours as the original La Gloria (11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday). The menu should also stay relatively intact.
