NOLA Brunch & Beignets Credit: Danny Batista

The brunch gods smiled on San Antonio with news of NOLA Brunch & Beignet finally opening their doors on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting June 25.

The New Orleans-inspired eatery opened this March with a Tuesday through Saturday BYOB brunch menu as prepared by chef-owner Pieter Sypesteyn and his team. Of course, the brunchiest day of the week is Sunday, so it’s no surprise the restaurant has added the day as part of operating hours.

To celebrate the occasion, Sypesteyn and partner Susan are hosting a competition for free Dom Perignon. Rules and guidelines for entering our attached below.
