It’s not everyday that a company devotes an entire flavor to a state. Absolut vodka has done exactly that. Just released Absolut Texas combines fresh cucumber with a San Antonio favorite, Serrano chile. In celebration of the tasty Texas namesake, I present you with the Come and Take It.

Grapefruit dresses up a spicy kick while the twist of lime plays perfectly off the cucumber undertones. Y’all better be ready to defend them shot glasses

1 ounce Absolut Texas Vodka

1/4 ounce fresh lime juice

/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice

1 ounce Mexican Fresca
