Signature, Inspired by Chef Andrew Weissman Named One of the Most Romantic Restaurants in the Country

In preparation for Valentine’s Day next week, OpenTable published a list of the 100 most romantic restaurants in the country, and San Antonio’s own Signature made the cut.

OpenTable, which allows diners to reserve a table via app, used more than 12 million reviews of more than 26,000 restaurants across the country to find the best-rated romantic eateries. The survey considered factors like food (of course), ambiance and service.

Though the list isn’t ranked, Signature was the only local restaurant to earn the honor. Dallas-based chain Bob’s Steak & Chop House, which has a location at The Rim, also made the list.

Other Texas honorees include Christopher’s World Grille in Bryan, Four Winds Steakhouse in Wills Point, Rudy & Paco Restaurant & Bar in Galveston, and Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House in Austin.
