The juice and smoothie shop formerly known as Herb-n-Juice is back in business this week after a nearly two-month hiatus.
Owned by Paul Martinez, the shop first opened early this year in the Wong Grocery Building with a menu of smoothies, juices, and pitaya and acai smoothie bowls. A copyright kerfuffle means the shop will undergo a name change in the future and is currently operating as SouthTown Juice.
In the meantime, Martinez has added an espresso machine and will add espresso-based drinks in the coming days. The smoothie menu will also feature 10 new items created during Martinez’s downtime.
