Churros are clearly having a moment in San Antonio and now the dessert dujour will be paired with beer.
The Corner, a craft beer bar and growler station, will host chef Danielle Rodriguez of 6202SA for a churro and beer pairing featuring four churro creations and brews from Houston’s 8th Wonder Brewery on Thursday, September 6 at 7 p.m.
The featured pairings include Banana Foster with Weisstheimer; Tajin & chamoy with Haterade; bacon onion jam with Hopston IPA; and finally a coffee chocolate churro with the Rocket Fuel Porter.
The night also includes complimentary pints while supplies last.
