The TX Cooks’ Co-Op is teaming up with Jesse Perez for its August dinner so if you’re into good food and Iron Chef-type cooking competitions, you might want to get your tickets soon.
The dinner, held at Arcade Midtown Kitchen (303 Pearl Parkway) on Sunday, Aug. 25, will feature 12 dishes, 12 wines and 2 cocktails. Chefs will be given their secret ingredients the Wednesday before the dinner, and Perez will open the night with hors d’oeuvres.
