Modern synth pop showered in tones of post-punk, Night Drive play the kind of music that’ll make you want throw on some aviator wayfarer sunglasses and dance with your shoulders while sporting a leather jacket.
You know what I’m talking about.
Definitely inspired by ’80s pop acts like The Smiths and post-punkers Joy Division, the band played this past year’s Heatwave at Paper Tiger, a showcase giving weirdo indie and punk bands a place to perform in San Antonio.
The band returns to Paper Tiger on Thursday, December 13.
Hopefully it’ll stay cold enough for us to rock our Lost Boys outfits.
