Married Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo hit San Antonios Majestic Theatre with their best shot on Wednesday — and turns out that shot was pretty damn good.
The pair behind Benatar’s Grammy-winning and multi-platinum solo career treated the audience to a lively set of some of their biggest 1980s hits, along with a few unexpected covers. Benatar continues to command one rock’s most distinctive voices, and Giraldo proved why he’s been her essential creative collaborator.
Ohio pop-rockers the Vindys delivered a rousing opening set that showed off accessible songwriting and singer Jackie Popovec’s powerful pipes.
Here’s a look at the performances and all the fans who came out to enjoy rocking music that stands the test of time.
