Riding the tubular wave of chill (the genre chillwave – it’s the end of the day, give me a break) through the aughts, STRFKR (pronounced star fucker) really knows how to write a good song.
Through their five albums, the band has managed to add just the right amount of dynamic to their music without sounding too busy or too boring. They’re just right. Like coffee when it’s just the right temperature to drink.
