Late last night, investigators with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office arrested Grace Seward, 22, on charges of deadly conduct and unlawfully carrying in a gun-free zone.

On Thursday at noon, law enforcement responded to Wagner High School to assist Judson Independent School District police with a reported shooting.

The investigation revealed that Seward allegedly struck the school principal’s car with a bat and then shot it three times. No one was injured.

According to the sheriff’s office, the incident began after a student was disciplined for a dress code violation. Investigators believe Seward is an acquaintance of the student who got in trouble.

The sheriff’s office also received information about online threats made against the school and its students, but don’t believe those threats are credible.
