A Terrell Hills home that packs a lot eye-popping color into its all-white exterior has recently been relisted for $500,000 less than when its owners tried to sell it in May 2022.

The two-story property was listed for $3.5 million at that time, but after a year and at least one price cut, the owners withdrew it from the market. Now, it’s been relisted for just under $3 million.

Despite its exterior appearance of being a blank slate, the 6,100-square-foot home’s inner sanctum is full or rich and lively color. A sitting area with a summery green ceiling and cabinetry features wallpaper crawling with vines, for example. There’a also a pink-striped bedroom and a bathroom with black and gold wallpaper bearing a busy pineapple design.

The listing for the 2016 home describes the sprawling backyard, which includes separate patios for an outdoor dining area and a fire pit as “made for entertaining on the grandest or more intimate scale.”

This home is listed by Travis Amaro with Super Sotheby’s International Realty.
