Brad Simpson, the San Antonio man charged with murder in connection with the presumed death of his wife, was indicted Tuesday by a Bexar County grand jury, according to KSAT

Simpson — whose wife Suzanne, a real estate agent, has been missing since Oct. 6 — was indicted on charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence and possession of prohibited weapons, the TV station reports, citing court records.

Simpson was arrested Oct. 9 in Kendall County on charges of family violence and unlawful restraint, then transferred to jail in Bexar County.

The murder case will be overseen by 226th District Court Judge Velia J. Meza, KSAT reports.

Authorities still haven’t located Suzanne Simpson’s remains after searches in several locations.
