San Antonio’s real estate market has cooled in the past couple of years, and there are still deals to be had — especially if you don’t mind a tight squeeze.
Case in point: a 623-square-foot fixer-upper in an inner West Side neighborhood recently hit the market with a $65,000 price tag.
Billed as a “1947 bungalow” set on a “low-maintenance lot,” the residence could also be accurately described as shotgun gun house sitting on an 1,800-square-foot plot.
Most of the two-bedroom, one-bath property has been upgraded, but the photos and listing show that some more improvements remain, even if they’re largely cosmetic.
Depending on who you ask, its $65,000 price tag could either be considered a good deal or too steep for what some people may consider a tiny house.
We’ll see how long this one stays on the market.
