Last August, visual artist Yolix Luna, owner of the Muñescas, Etc. shops at La Villita, put her 1960s-era home on the market for $420,000, including two of her artistic creations that are part of the structure.

Now, the home has been relisted with its price dropped to $399,000 — and the two art pieces — a vibrant flora painting inside the hand-carved front door and a mural depicting cherubs and flowers — are still part of the package, according to listing photos. The stairway incorporates wooden sculptural pieces into its railing, although Luna didn’t create those.

Mexico-born Luna raised three children in the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home, and used its upper floor as her studio. The property also features a lush backyard oasis with a swimming pool.

This home is listed by Justin Garcia with Vision Real Estate of San Antonio.
