Matthew Johnson, the creator of an über elaborate light show that’s been featured on ABC’s The Great Christmas Light Fight, is adding a charitable component to this year’s installation. This year, the Johnson Family Light Show has partnered with Living Water International, an organization that raises cash to build a well for a village in Africa without access to clean water, and are hoping to reach a $10,000 goal this holiday season. As of right now, eight backers have donated just over 10 percent of the goal, but there are 80 more days left to chip in. at water.cc/johnsonlightshow.
The light show, which used 300-500 Christmas lights and 6,181 Pixels in years past, can be found at 14711 Burtons Oak, San Antonio, TX 78254. Just drive on up, turn your car radio dial to 94.7 for the jamz and take it all in.
