Getting out with the family will be a bit easier for residents thanks to Palo Alto College.
The community college located on the South Side will screen three still-new blockbuster movies throughout the summer. First up on the calendar is Coco on Tuesday, June 12. Be sure to bring the tissues for when you start ugly crying.
Next up is Black Panther on Tuesday, July 10. PAC will also offer a special “dive-in” movie on Tuesday, August 14. Marvel’s highly-anticipated Avengers: Infinity War will be screened inside the college’s Aquatic and Athletic Center and will welcome live Marvel superheroes.
Ahead of each of the screenings, the college will offer pre-show activities like Zumba as well as complimentary popcorn and water. While outside food and drink are allowed, alcoholic beverages are not.
Pre-show activities begin at 6:30 p.m. and the movies follow at 8:30 p.m. Both admission and parking are free.
