With the pandemic quashing First Friday and Second Saturday for the foreseeable future, San Antonio artists have lost a key opportunity to show new work to the public. To change that, we’ve launched a new slideshow spotlight that showcases a selection of work from a different Alamo City creator each week.
First on the docket is Sarah Fox, a multimedia artist who’s done everything from cyanotype printing to performing puppet shows. Her latest body of work is a series of scaley collages that prominently feature snakes. We’ve rounded up 16 of our favorites for y’all to slither through at your leisure — and perhaps purchase online.
