Let Chef Jason Dady and Bin 555 present to you a Halloween Wine Dinner.
Before the dinner, a reception of wine and cocktails will be offered at 6:30 p.m. on Oct 30 at 555 W. Bitters. Following the reception Dady will serve trout roulade with braised greens, lardons and smoked tomato vinaigrette and other treats starting at 7 p.m.
Reserve your spot by calling (210) 496-0555. The cost is $55 plus 18 percent gratuity fee which includes both dinner and wine pairings. Double wine pours are available for an extra $25.
