Another food truck-turned-brick-and-mortar eatery is here. This time via Conger’s Smoke Shack. The beloved barbecue fare is now at 3714 Broadway next to the Schulz Nursery. Lunch is Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for now. Conger’s trailer on Nacogdoches is still open with the same hours.
