The Otaku Anime + Food Festival is back, this time with a holiday edition.

The traveling Asian food and pop-culture festival will return to San Antonio on Saturday, Dec. 14, and Sunday, Dec. 15, at Rolling Oaks Mall. The new installment is being billed as its Winter Wonderland edition.

More than 100 food and anime vendors will fill the mall for the free event. The festivities will take place from noon-8 p.m. Saturday and noon-5:30 p.m. Sunday.

The Japanese term “otaku” refers to people who are pop-culture obsessed. San Antonio otaku will get their fill with plenty of manga, video games and anime for sale.
