Houston’s L.A. (as in Louisiana) Crawfish is getting ready to make a splash this August at 10919 Culebra Road, Suite 150, this August. Originally launched in the the 99 Market area of H-Town, the franchise is known for its year-round crawfish boils, along with crawfish pho and several styles of fresh oysters.
Katie Le, the owner of the SA location shared a few menu items on the with the San Antonio Current on Monday afternoon. The 3,500 square-foot location, will also feature crab boils. The crawfish also come in three sauces, a popular garlic butter, a Cajun-style rub, and a hot and sour, which was launched in 2014. As far as oysters go, expect four styles including plain with regular fixin’s, a Japanese Ponzu with soy sauce and orange zest, a Korean kimchee and a Thai green chile. The restaurant will remain BYOB like its predecessors, which can be found in Houston with more on the way in Austin and Anaheim, California.
