The homegrown Crepeccino Café & Crêperie chain is cooking up plans for a third location, this one in Northwest San Antonio’s The Portico at Shaenfield development, state regulatory documents show.
Crepeccino will spend $3.5 million building the new restaurant at 7807 W. Loop 1604 North, Suite 201, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Work on the 4,300-square-foot eatery will get underway in July and finish in November.
The new location will be the seven-year-old chain’s third. It operates a flagship store at 5500 Babcock, Suite 104, near the Medical Center, and is expected to open a second restaurant, 813 Cibolo Valley Drive, in coming weeks.

Fitting to its name, Creppecino serves up made-to-order sweet and savory crêpes along with gelato and fresh-ground coffee. The restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also feature layouts that allow customers to watch their crêpes being made in an open kitchen.
