Everybody relax, curry’s here.

San Antonio’s lauded Curry Boys BBQ will hold a collaborative multi-course pop-up with bistro and cocktail bar Little Trouble in the Central Texas town of Lockhart, considered one of the state’s premier barbecue destinations.

The event, dubbed “Big Trouble in Little Curry,” will take place Saturday, June 19 from 5-8 p.m. Expect a melding of Southeast Asian flavors with smoked meats — a combo familiar to Curry Boys diners.

The evening’s menu will focus on Curry Boys’ Southeast Asian curries and expertly-prepared Texas ‘cue. Texas-based companies Treaty Oak Distilling, Ranch Rider Spirits and Twisted X Brewing will provide the libations.
