I traveled down to my hometown this past weekend for family time and taco time. I picked up the minis from Mr. Taco, appropriately enough, before heading to South Padre Island to catch some rays. I don’t mean to incite a riot…by any means…but corn tortillas from the Valley are what dreams are made of, and I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise.
The week also included stops at L&L Hawaiian Grill, a tiki drink or two at Brooklynite and noodles at Niki’s Tokyo Inn.
