Sadly, I won’t be attending what will likely be one of the best shows of the month, nay, year at the AT&T Center. Instead I’ll hold myself over with this 12-song playlist that illustrates why 12-year-old Jessica ditched her crush on Backstreet Boy Nick Carter in favor of curly-headed Justin Timberlake.
Star power? Check. Pro-dancing abilities? Natch. And he’s funny to boot? *fans self*
I started off with a few songs off his latest, greatest (sorry, 20/20 Experience Part 2) that somehow weren’t singles, the hip swivel-inducing “Let the Groove Get In” and über sexy “Don’t Hold the Wall,” sprinkled in a few jams from Future/Sex/Love/Sounds and Justified, threw in the always welcome “Dick in a Box” and ended it with the song that reminds us it was always going to be Justin to break out of N’Sync.
